A Hometown Cafe with //3877
Located a mere five blocks from my home in DC, Radici Market was given a custom aesthetic of warm woods and light brick to match the authentic Italian products that line the shelves. While the main focus of the space lies upon the custom fabricated millwork lining the walls, a large handmade wooden display table and genuine Italian light fixtures transport the customer into a calm environment despite the hustle of the eastern market neighborhood. My role in the completion of this project ranged from sketching schematic plans and elevations to the creation of permit drawings and construction documents. To finalize the space our team crafted two wooden side tables and CNC milled signage to welcome the eager new customers.
